Description

Substance use can be an issue when it negatively affects your life, or you feel it is becoming more challenging to manage your use. Your personal life, work life, mental health, physical health and substance use are all interconnected.

This course discusses what you can do if you are concerned about your own substance use or someone else’s. It also provides strategies to improve your overall well-being, including preventing injuries, managing pain, dealing with stress, and sleeping well.
